The Circle is the retention layer the structure that keeps the work going between gatherings, and keeps you in contact with the handful of people who understood the room you were in.

How Membership Works
Invitation, not registration
Membership is extended to retreat alumni and to leaders referred into the community. Every application is read by a founder.
Express interest
A short form — who you are, what you're carrying, and who referred you if anyone did.
A conversation
A direct call with one of the founders. We are assessing fit in both directions.
Invitation
If the room is right, an invitation follows with membership terms and the next Round Table date.
