Privacy Policy
This is a working draft prepared alongside the site build. It must be reviewed by qualified counsel before any guest health data is collected.
What we collect
Contact details you submit through our application and waitlist forms — name, email, role, company, and anything you choose to tell us in a message. If you attend a retreat and opt in to the Recovery Score programme, we may also collect health-related data such as heart rate variability, sleep metrics and cortisol results.
Why we collect it
To assess applications, to communicate with you about cohorts and community events, and — where you have explicitly opted in — to produce your personal Report of Excellence.
Health and biomarker data
Health data is only ever collected with your explicit, separate consent. It is used solely to produce your own report. It is never sold, and it is never shared with your employer or a sponsoring organisation without your written authorisation. Organisations sponsoring attendance receive aggregate outcomes only.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example email delivery — and only to the extent needed to provide the service.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@aceandbreathe.com. If you have consented to health data collection, you can withdraw that consent without affecting your attendance.
Retention
We keep application data for as long as needed to manage the relationship, and health data only for as long as needed to produce and deliver your report unless you ask us to retain it for longitudinal comparison.
